Sikaria Group emerged on the horizon as a business house about two decades ago with an eye on the real estate business as a promoter and developer. Ever since, the group has made a commendable Progress having completed 25 projects of different sizes and nature, be it commercial complex, a mall, institutional building or a housing estate. Some of the landmark projects in the city are Sikaria's Prie in Park Street, Krishna Apartments in New Alipore, Sikaria tower in Burrabazar, which reflect the modern designs and quality of construction. Under the leadership of the Chairman, Sikaria Brand has grown to more than Rs. 1500 Crore (US $ 250 Million) brand with total group worth being in excess of Rs. 5000 crores (US $ 834 million). Sikaria group has been involved directly and indirectly in Real Estate projects summing to 2.50 lacs sq. Mtr. And projects more than 20 lacs sq. Mtr. are in pipeline.
