Mr. Pawan Sikaria, the chairman of the Group belongs to a reputed business family. He started his career with a small business of sarees and it is his strong dedication and dynamic vision that today, he is controlling a big business empire of about 500 crores (US$ 85 million). He has four sons Vicky Raj and Hemant both of whom are deeply associated with the Group. They have been spreading the wings of the Group under the able guardianship of Mr. Pawan Sikaria for last 8 years. Vicky Raj is handling the real estate business whereas Hemant is looking after the Jute industry of the group.

Mr. Sikaria took over a closed non productive jute Mill in Orissa (Challenge & Success) on Lease for 3 years (2002-2005) from the Govt. Of Orissa, a few years back and with his business acumen nursed it back to health and as a well production unit.

For last several Years, diversification was one of our obvious choice and today one of our group company, Bahubali Traders (P) Ltd. Is the key promoter since September, 2005 of a jute mill known as Jai Jute & Industries Ltd. (formerly nuddea Mills Co. Ltd.) at Naihati, 24 parganas (North) which has been a source of livelihood to over 4000 workers / employees directly. Nuddea was chronically sick unit, which we are successfully running after crossing severe hurdles and odds. 'Nuddea' is today well known name for its productivity and well equipped machineries which is outstanding in the Jute Industry.

The Group has diversified business interests. Apart from the sectors of jute and real estate, the group has a large vision to achieve goals in the field of infrastructure.

Mr. Vicky Raj Sikaria is a result oriented businessman with creative and innovative touch. He has excellent man management and motivational skill. He is also associated with various social organizations. In development, real estate and infrastructure he has excellent track record of completing all projects well on schedule. Under his leadership Sikaria has emerged as a reputed brand with many landmark buildings like Sikaria Pride, Om Towers, Sikaria Towers in the business and industry world. The Group has executed over 2 lacs sq. Mtr. Of construction covering residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality projects under his dynamic leadership.

Mr. Hemant Sikaria is a young businessman having dynamic and creative approach. He has been dedicated to give a new look to the Indian Fabric/Finery market and looking day to day affairs of jute Mill independently. He has a great vision of mass expansion and exports in overseas in near future.

Mr. Divyang sikaria is very young boy ageing just 24 years old, has completed his graduation under Honor's in accounting & finance along with a degree of Chartered Accountancy, now he is doing MBA at Singapore on International Business and industrial Costing & Accounts. He is very ambitious and has got the abilities to expand the enterprise globally, acquiring the knowledge and thumb rule of business policies, planning and decision making in a professional as well as corporate ways.
Taking part in the business activities during the periods of his education has helped him gain a lot of knowledge of the day-to-day business activities and it is certain that as belonging from a reputed business family, he has the ability and proper planning in his blood to take the enterpsie at a higher level, reaching the sky line of the corporate world.

Mr. Vigyan Sikaria is only 18 years old, Studying in Calcutta Boys school at Kolkata in Higher secondary.
